PBS stationery orders
Orders must be received by the Department of Human Services by the following dates to ensure customers receive sufficient supplies prior to the Christmas shutdown.

The Camerons Group Webpage – Reduced Activity Period – 2019/2020
The Reduced Activity Period for the Department of Human Services starts on the last working week day before Christmas Day and runs until New Year's Day.
PBS stationery orders will not be processed over this period.
To make sure you have enough supplies, place your PBS stationery orders by 25 November 2019.
If you place an order after this date we’ll process and deliver your order in January 2020.

Delivery and Tracking
- Orders for Pharmacies are despatched within 2 working days.
- Unpersonalised Orders for Hospitals are despatched within 2 working days.
- Personalised Orders for Hospitals are despatched within 28 working days.
All orders are sent out via Australia Post eParcel, except for Claim Boxes. Claim boxes are sent via regular mail, so do not have a tracking # and generally appear a few days after the other items ordered.
